Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a global fintech roadmap aligned with the company's growth stages.
- Establish and manage a new financial services division with full profit and loss accountability.
- Coordinate efforts across product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
Product Innovation
- Spearhead the creation of financial solutions such as:
- Multi-currency payment systems and escrow services
- Credit offerings like BNPL and trade finance
- Insurance products covering logistics and warranties
- Integrate third-party fintech tools and ensure a smooth user experience for all stakeholders.
Partnerships & Global Reach
- Forge and manage alliances with financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech platforms.
- Adapt and expand offerings across key regions including Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia.
Requirements:
Experience
- Over 10 years in fintech or marketplace finance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success in launching scalable financial products in global e-commerce or platform environments.
- Expertise in international payment systems and embedded finance models.
Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations in the EU, US, Asia, and Australia.
- Skilled in negotiating with financial partners and managing high-level stakeholders.
