Global Head of FP&A

The Company

Our client is a leading SGX-listed company with diversified business units and global presence. Singapore serves as their global HQ with stable and competent finance team in the business and they have great international and dynamic culture. With business expansion needs, they are hiring for aGlobal Head of FP&A to overlook the growth plans for global market and supports business partnering activities with senior stakeholders.


The Role

Reporting to Group CFO directly, you will play a team leadership role and highly involved in preparing the group level budgeting and forecasting result for the business unit under your care. You will also be driving the commercial pricing strategy, negotiation and go-to-market strategy for their global business. You will act as a strong finance business partner to work closely with regional operation leaders and commercial leaders. Lastly, you will work closely with strategy and business development team on potential M&A projects.

Your Profile

• CA/CPA/ACCA Qualified Accountant
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 15-20 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business partnering
• Highly preferred candidates from logistics/FMCG/manufacturing sector
• Regional or global exposure is highly preferred
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills to liaise with international stakeholders
