Job Description

About the job:

  • Manages strategic customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base
  • Crucial link between the company's internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, respective regional sales team, marketing, planner) and external global manufacturing partners.
  • Exploring additional sales opportunities and resolving issues.
  • Responsible for supporting in generating profitable growth with the existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a specific group of customers; responsible for issuing sales quotes, customer inquiries, goods expedite, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
  • Creates sales strategies for accounts with in-depth details.
  • Increases understanding of customer accounts, particularly around the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, barriers, and competition.
  • Assess competitor activity and ensure appropriate response to set customer accounts.
  • Supporting global sites on a daily basis & quarterly negotiations preparation
  • Travel as needed to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

About You:

  • Education: Bachelor's or university degree
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of sales
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
