Manages strategic customer accounts with attention to maintaining strong relationships with the existing customer base
Crucial link between the company's internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, respective regional sales team, marketing, planner) and external global manufacturing partners.
Exploring additional sales opportunities and resolving issues.
Responsible for supporting in generating profitable growth with the existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with a specific group of customers; responsible for issuing sales quotes, customer inquiries, goods expedite, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
Creates sales strategies for accounts with in-depth details.
Increases understanding of customer accounts, particularly around the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, barriers, and competition.
Assess competitor activity and ensure appropriate response to set customer accounts.
Supporting global sites on a daily basis & quarterly negotiations preparation
Travel as needed to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
About You:
Education: Bachelor's or university degree
2+ years of related work experience
Knowledge of sales
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
