Crucial link between the company's internal teams (e.g., design, engineering, respective regional sales team, marketing, planner) and external global manufacturing partners.
Exploring additional sales opportunities, and resolution of issues.
Responsible for supporting in generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
Job Description
Building and maintains strong relationships with a specific group of customers responsible for issuing sales quotes, customer inquiry, goods expedite, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationship, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
Creates sales strategies for accounts with insight details.
Increases understanding of customer accounts, particularly around the customer's business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, barriers, and competition.
Assesses competitor activity and ensure appropriate response to set customer accounts.
Supporting global sites on daily basis & quarterly negotiations preparation
Travel as needed to customers.
Other duties as assigned.
About You:
Education: Bachelor or university degree
Two to five years of experience
Knowledge of sales
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
