Global Director (EMS/Electronics)

Key Responsibilities

Quality Leadership - 50%

• Define and drive the global quality strategy across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, Supplier Quality, and Quality Systems.
• Drive customer satisfaction, quality improvement, yield enhancement, and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality.
• Lead major customer escalations, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive quality transformation through Lean, Six Sigma, digitalization, and AI.

Business & P&L Leadership - 50%

• Own and drive P&L and financial performance, including cost, productivity, and profitability.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to achieve business targets.
• Manage key customer relationships and support commercial discussions and business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Lead and develop global teams while building a strong culture of quality, accountability, and commercial ownership.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in EMS, electronics, contract manufacturing, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven leadership experience across global Quality and business / P&L functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality, operational excellence, financial management, and customer management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive both quality improvement and profitable business growth.
• Strong strategic, commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
