• Singapore employment with an assignment to Taiwan or Vietnam supported by a full expatriate package
• Flexibility to work remotely from Singapore for three weeks within each three-month assignment cycle in Taiwan or Vietnam.

Key Scope:

• You will be the main quality contact for cloud service provider (CSP) customers, connecting customer expectations with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Own customer quality communication, including complaints, audits, reporting and quality reviews.
• Coordinate investigations across sites and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions through to closure.
• Translate customer requirements into consistent quality practices across manufacturing locations.
• Partner with R&D on design quality and new product introduction readiness, including DFMEA, APQP and PPAP.
• Standardise quality processes and performance measures in line with ISO 9001.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coach site quality teams.

The ideal candidate should be/have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• 10+ years of quality experience, including at least 5 years in customer-facing quality or leadership roles
• A strong background in manufacturing and design quality, with confident analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with tools and standards such as 8D, QC 7 Tools, FMEA, MSA, APQP, ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Confidence communicating with senior customer stakeholders and coordinating teams across locations.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin, required for daily communication with global customers and Mandarin-speaking manufacturing stakeholders.
• Experience in thermal management, electronics, server or computing hardware, multi-site quality coordination, or Six Sigma certification would be an advantage.
