Job Description

Job Description :

Lead a high-visibility onboarding organization that helps clients realize value from Treasury products faster and more safely. In this role, you will shape how we deliver onboarding across Asia Pacific-improving client experience, strengthening risk discipline, and driving meaningful process and digital transformation. You will partner closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Coverage, Compliance, and Operations to simplify complexity and improve outcomes. If you enjoy leading teams through change and building scalable operating models, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

As an Onboarding Lead, Treasury Products and Services (Asia Pacific) in Global Corporate Bank Onboarding within the Commercial and Investment Bank, you lead an experienced team responsible for onboarding and implementing Treasury products and services across the region. You will translate business priorities into clear execution, improve how we onboard clients onto the firm's banking platform, and raise the bar on client experience, productivity, and scalability. You will use data and sound risk judgment to strengthen controls and deliver consistent outcomes, while creating an inclusive, client-first team culture where people can do their best work.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding team responsible for implementing Treasury products and services across Asia Pacific, ensuring adherence to established controls and policies
  • Set a client-centric tone by managing client and partner expectations throughout onboarding and supporting regional growth priorities
  • Drive digital and process transformation initiatives (for example, automation, workflow redesign, and straight-through processing) in partnership with Technology and Product
  • Translate onboarding pain points into an executable roadmap with measurable outcomes and sustained improvements
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, Sales, Coverage, compliance teams, Technology, and other partners to streamline onboarding and improve the client experience
  • Improve productivity, scalability, and capacity management through operational excellence initiatives across the Asia Pacific onboarding organization
  • Use operational data, metrics, and performance insights to identify trends, remove friction, and communicate recommendations that drive business impact
  • Lead change initiatives that support evolving business priorities, market expansion opportunities, and long-term organizational growth
  • Enable adoption by clarifying what is changing and why, and ensuring training, controls, and governance are updated to sustain improvements
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to deliver a consistent onboarding experience while balancing client experience, risk management, and efficiency
  • Identify business risks early, take ownership of issue resolution, and ensure appropriate governance, escalation, and control discipline
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 7 years of experience in financial services with leadership experience in client onboarding, implementation, treasury services, or a closely related operations function
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including accountability for service quality and professionalism within an operational team
  • Proven experience driving material transformation, including process change and/or digital change (for example, automation or re-engineering) in an onboarding, implementation, or operations environment
  • Strong change management capability, including stakeholder alignment, managing resistance, and delivering sustained adoption across teams and partner functions
  • Demonstrated risk management judgment, including identifying, escalating, and resolving issues in line with established risk and control practices
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, build credibility, and drive outcomes across multiple partner teams
  • Strategic execution capability, including translating priorities into measurable deliverables while managing competing demands
  • Data and technology literacy, including the ability to interpret operational information, identify insights, and communicate implications clearly
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with demonstrated ability to improve productivity, efficiency, and scalability in service delivery
