Global Category Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for PCB components to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and supply continuity
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation processes for PCB suppliers
• Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and supply chain risks relevant to PCBs; proactively identify opportunities and challenges
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives, new product development, and sustainability goals
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, corrective actions, and fostering innovation and partnership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for PCB sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in global category management or procurement, preferably within electronics or PCB sourcing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
