- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for PCB components to achieve cost savings, quality improvements, and supply continuity.
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation processes for PCB suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and supply chain risks relevant to PCBs; proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align category strategies with business objectives, new product development, and sustainability goals.
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, corrective actions, and fostering innovation and partnership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for PCB sourcing.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in global category management within electronics or PCB sourcing
