A late-stage fintech, currently in the midst of a rebrand, is hiring a Brand Lead to define and activate its new brand narrative across Asia and beyond. This is a senior role for an experienced brand strategist who can balance creative storytelling with the rigour of brand governance and execution.
Youll play a pivotal role in reshaping the companys identity, building brand equity, and ensuring consistency across their flagship products and markets globally. This includes developing a unified brand manifesto, leading integrated campaigns, managing brand content across owned and digital channels, and ensuring that all touchpoints from GTM activations to events and sponsorships align with the refreshed positioning.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and content planning, ideally across multiple markets and within high-growth or global organisations. Youre comfortable navigating brand architecture in a multi-brand environment, collaborating across functions, and managing external partners and agencies. We are open with senior candidates from agencies who are open to pivot in-house too,
