Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content for all Luzerne social media platforms
Plan and schedule social media content across various platforms.
Create engaging content for corporate communications channels (e.g., Website, LinkedIn).
Manage and update website content.
Work closely with the Creative Brand Associate in developing visuals and messaging for social media and other campaigns.
Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and report findings.
Assist in the execution of the Brand event, including:
Managing logistics (venue setup, equipment rentals)
Coordinating with vendors (catering, audio-visual)
Ensuring smooth participant management (registration, check-in, communication)
Develop a captivating social media content strategy to engage audiences pre-event and post-event for all Corporate events.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Experience with social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Content writing and storytelling skills are essential.
Experience with event planning and logistics is a plus (especially if managing vendor coordination and participant management).
Strong organisational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content creation and social media management.
