We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused Global Account Manager to manage strategic accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive regional business growth.

Position Summary

The Global Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts across international markets. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, business development capabilities, and coordination across internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and experienced in handling regional or global clients within the technology, digital, AI, SaaS, or media industries.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management &Client Relations

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned global and regional accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Understand client business goals, operational needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term partnership retention.

Business Development

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Support new business acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets set by management.

Project Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams including operations, product, marketing, finance, and technical teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure smooth execution.
  • Escalate and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Market Expansion

  • Support regional and international market expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding business opportunities.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate account records and sales pipelines.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and account performance updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation of agreements, contracts, and account activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Experience handling regional or global accounts is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge or interest in AI, technology, digital solutions, SaaS, or media industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
