Glass Production and Processing Technology Expert

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop glass substrate supply chains for specific applications.

2. Establish glass substrate production capabilities and technical support for specific applications.

3. Provide technical support for high-precision glass processing.

4. Conduct technical communication and application support with end customers.

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with the glass industry supply chain.

2. Proficient in HDD application glass substrate production technology.

3. Proficient in HDD glass high-precision processing technology.

4. Familiar with glass-related production equipment, processing equipment, and testing equipment.

5. Familiar with HDD glass applications and the market.

6. Over 5 years of experience in the glass industry.

7. Experience with glass-related projects.

Minimum Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Science, Glass Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fields.

2. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in glass materials, precision processing, or related discipline is preferred.

3. Professional training or certification in glass processing, materials engineering, or manufacturing technology is an advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the glass industry, preferably in glass substrate manufacturing or precision glass processing.
• Hands-on experience with HDD glass substrate production technology.
• Experience in high-precision glass processing technologies such as polishing, cutting, grinding, coating, or surface treatment.
• Familiarity with glass manufacturing equipment, processing equipment, and testing/inspection equipment.
• Proven experience working with glass industry supply chains, including suppliers and production partners.
• Experience in glass-related project development, process improvement, or product commercialization.
• Experience supporting customer technical requirements and application development is preferred.
