Glass Factory Supervisor

Responsibilities

. Development of new manufacturingprocesses and lean manufacturing practices

. Design tools and fixtures with AutoCADand CNC programming

. Operation of high tech Vacuum and SinterHIP furnaces, CNC and Precision Waterjet.

. Support the training of staff and lineoperators on manufacturing processes

. Deployment of design of Experiment andstatistical control for key processes

. Develop and execute process validationplans and proper documentation control

. Participate in cost reduction, qualityimprovement, safety awareness and other activities for continual improvement
