GL Accounts Executive (5 Days / Immediate Starter))

Salary up $3800
Monday to Friday, Office Hour
Location: One North MRT

Responsibilities

• Support AR/AP team and review AR transactions
• Prepare month-end journals, bank reconciliations, and GST reports
• Handle inventory adjustments and annual stock take
• Prepare management reports and balance sheet schedules
• Manage inter-company reconciliations
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• With GL knowledge proficient in MS Excel
• Sage 300 (Accpac) experience is a plus
• Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented team player
