Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records (AP, AR, GL)
Handle invoicing, receipts, and reconciliation of client and office accounts
Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting
Support preparation of GST submissions and basic compliance matters
Assist with payroll processing, expenses claims, and CPF submissions
Liaise with external vendors where required
Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager including setting up basic working stations for staff in the office and in court whenever required
Requirements
At least 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in professional services environment (law firm experience preferred)
Proficient in MS Excel
Familiarity with computerised accounting software, especially Tessaract
Basic knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST requirements
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information
