Sales Support Chiller Engineer (Pre and Post Sales/Chiller/HVAC) LT94

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise quotations, tenders, and technical proposals in line with project specifications and requirements

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities by working closely with Sales Engineers and internal teams to address technical queries

• Perform and compile technical data such as heat load calculations, load profiles, and piping schematics, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements (e.g. Green Mark)

• Coordinate with factory teams on production timelines, order status, and delivery schedules

• Provide administrative and technical support to customers, including responding to inquiries, supporting service requests, and clarifying technical information

• Liaise with operations and after-sales teams on warranty matters, equipment issues, spare parts, and delivery coordination

• Support client meetings and site discussions by preparing required documentation and technical inputs

• Assist in company events by coordinating invitations, supporting event logistics, and engaging with customers to maintain relationships

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

• Experience in sales support, quotations, technical coordination, or project support within engineering environments

• Exposure to HVAC / ACMV / chiller / cooling systems

• Familiar with MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD, with ability to interpret technical drawings

• Good coordination and communication skills with a proactive approach to work
