- Lead and support General Ledger activities, including account reconciliation, variance analysis, and investigation of discrepancies
- Support statutory audit and tax filing processes through timely data extraction and preparation of supporting reports
- Perform clean-up of transactional postings to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Develop audit schedules and detailed balance sheet account reports
- Document processes and establish clear guidance within D365 to support future handovers and onboarding materials
A successful Accountant should have:
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience, ideally in a senior-level role
- Experience in handling regional entities is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with strong technical accounting skills
- Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in taking ownership of ad hoc responsibilities during a period of change
- Strong process mindset with the ability to propose and implement improvements across SOPs, templates, and reporting frameworks
