Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processing, accounting, and reconciliation of distribution compensation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payouts.
- Perform regular financial closings, including journal postings, provisions, and amortizations in line with accounting policies and schedules.
- Review and validate compensation reports, campaign payments, and support dissemination within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs), business provisions, and incentive scheme administration.
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits through accurate reporting, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Participate in compensation-related projects, enhancements, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of experience in compensation operations.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and accounting for compensation-related transactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to deadlines and accuracy.
- Skilled in identifying and mitigating operational risks through embedded process controls and compliance practices.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Experience supporting audits, system enhancements, and business requirement gathering for finance operations.
