The Company

My client is a US-headquartered Manufacturing MNC with an established global presence. Currently hiring a detailed and driven Finance professional with experience in managing full set of accounts, intercompany transactions, cash pooling activities and tax.

Requirements

- Degree qualified, more than 5 years of relevant experience and strong familiarity with Singapore FRS

- Must: Strong experience in managing intercompany transactions and/or cash pooling activities, as well as Taxation

- Personality: Team player, detailed, driven, reliable, proactive and has a positive attitude

- SAP experience

- Experience in managing activities relating to government grants / claim process can be helpful

- Preferred availability: 1-month notice or immediately available

Job Scope

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full set of accounting activities, ensuring accurate entry into financial statement, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage monthly and year end close processes, prepare balance sheet reconciliations and deliver timely financial reports in line with applicable accounting standards.

You will focus on managing intercompany transactions and treasury-related activities, including reconciliation of intercompany balances and supporting cash pooling arrangements. You will be responsible for tax (corporate tax, GST, withholding tax), statutory filings, and liaise with auditors and tax agents. You will also support in government grant reporting, and continuously look at areas of improvement to strengthen controls and drive operational efficiency.
