My client is a leader in its industry, keen to hire a highly driven and hands-on Finance talent to oversee the Singapore operations. Experience in managing the full spectrum of Finance function as well as flexibility to work on weekends/ nights when required.

Requirements

. Degree in Accounting or ACCA

. Experience in MNCs, managing the full spectrum of finance including statutory accounting, reporting, FP&A, tax, audit, business partnering and overseeing third party payroll vendor

. Proven experience in forecasting, internal controls, and compliance

. Flexibility to work on weekends/ nights when required

. Traits: Driven, independent, hands-on, hardworking, proactive, collaborative, team player, resourceful, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Budget: SGD10,000 - 12,000 per month + Bonus

Job Scope

Our client is an established MNC expanding its presence in Singapore and is looking for a Finance Manager/ Senior Finance Manager to support a newly established operation locally. This is a broad, hands-on role covering financial and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, tax and GST, internal controls, audit, and oversight of outsourced payroll. You will also partner closely with operational and commercial stakeholders on P&L performance, contracts, vendor management and business initiatives.

You should bring strong full-spectrum accounting experience alongside budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, with sound knowledge of Singapore statutory, tax and compliance requirements.

Beyond technical capability, personality and adaptability are important for this role. We are looking for someone commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable working across different functions, rather than someone focused purely on traditional accounting.

Candidates from hospitality, retail, events, entertainment or other fast-paced consumer-facing environments could be well suited, although industry experience is not essential for someone with the right aptitude and genuine interest in the sector. Some flexibility outside standard office hours will occasionally be required.
