GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Description:

• Plan, design, supervise, and coordinate for geotechnical/ civil engineering and infrastructural design and site works
• Perform geotechnical analysis, soil classification, and analyze and interpret data from instrumentation work
• Perform calculations and simulations to validate design feasibility and performance
• Review and update drawings to resolve clashes with rebar, slab, or utilities
• Provide progress and technical reports, along with evaluations of geotechnical matters on site
• Execute 3D structural design analysis utilizing software
• Responsible for addressing all on-site geotechnical and engineering issues related to site activities

Requirements:

• Degree/Master in Geotechnical/ Civil Engineering its equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure experience
• Must be experience on subgrade treatment under poor geological conditions and slope treatment
• Experience in concrete and steel structures design, and temporary works design.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in essential structural design software, including ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP 2000, and MIDAS.
• Familiar with Eurocodes, local standards and regulations
