Conduct geological and geotechnical site investigations.
Log soil and rock samples from boreholes and pile shafts (SPT, CPT, rock coring, etc.).
Provide geological interpretations and stratification reports for design and construction.
Support site team with ground condition assessments during bored pile drilling.
Liaise with the RE / RTO, PE (Geotech), and consultants on subsurface profiles.
Verify and approve pile termination depth based on founding stratum.
Monitor and record groundwater conditions, soil stability, and anomalies.
Assist in preparing and interpreting results of PDA, PIT, and Load Tests.
Review laboratory test results (e.g., triaxial, consolidation tests).
Ensure work follows LTA, BCA, or PUB specifications and submission requirements.
Prepare daily field reports, borehole logs, and geological sections.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Geology / Engineering Geology / Geotechnical Engineering / Earth Sciences with minimum 2-5 years of experience in the construction industry.
Prefer experience in Bore piles, ERSS works, DSM, Earth works, RC works, etc.
Familiarity with local policies and legal guidelines (CASS, MOM, BCA, etc.).
Ability to work independently with proactive and positive attitude.
Understanding of construction methods, materials usage, and local safety regulations.
