Geologist - Overseas Mining M&A Support
.Roles & Responsibilities:.
1. Technical Evaluation & Feasibility: Assist the mining experts in geological assessments, technical studies, and feasibility analyses of overseas mining projects.
2. M&A & Mineral Rights Support: Support the acquisition of overseas mineral rights, including project data collection and technical due diligence.
3. External Stakeholder Interface: Act as a key contact between the company and overseas project owners, helping maintain strong working relationships.
4. Support for Commercial Negotiations: Participate in technical discussions to ensure alignment with company strategy and standards.
5. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations translate materials to support international communication.
Site Visits & Field Work: Conduct overseas site visits and field investigations as required.
.Requirements:.
1. Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Geosciences or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
2. Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
3. Strong understanding of mineral exploration and resource evaluation.
4. Practical experience in field surveys, sampling, geological logging, or technical report writing preferred.
5. Interest in international mining markets and mineral rights acquisition.
Willingness to travel overseas and work in mine-site environments when needed.
