Key Responsibilities.
.Carry out scheduled servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance in accordance withmanufacturer recommendations.
. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems, and performnecessary repairs.
. Conduct load bank testing, battery health checks, fuel system inspections, and cooling systemmaintenance.
. Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for all activitiesperformed.
. Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health requirements, environmentalregulations, and company safety procedures.
. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new generator systems.
. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and clients on proper generator operationand maintenance practices.
. Monitor system performance and recommend corrective actions, part replacements, or systemupgrades when necessary.
. Attend to emergency breakdowns and perform on-site troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for procurement of spare parts and technical support.
Requirements / Qualifications
. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
. Good knowledge of generator systems, including engine, alternator, and control panel operations.
. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
. Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health requirements in Singapore.
. Physically fit and able to work on-site, including generator rooms and outdoor environments.
. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
. Willing to be on standby or on-call for emergency response.
. Possession of BCSS certification is an advantage
