Lead architecture and code reviews for Generative AI and full-stack solutions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
Review and audit vendor-developed Generative AI solutions for architecture feasibility, code quality, scalability, and security.
Define and enforce Responsible and Ethical Generative AI practices, including prompt engineering standards and testing frameworks.
Conduct solution- and code-level architecture reviews for existing and new Generative AI solutions.
Contribute to global and regional engineering standards, tools, and frameworks related to Generative AI and full-stack engineering.
Establish Generative AI-specific quality assurance processes and report QA metrics to business and technical stakeholders.
Act as a Generative AI Coach, advocating Responsible and Ethical Generative AI design across regional product teams.
Mentor and train cross-functional teams on Generative AI practices, including prompt engineering and risk mitigation strategies.
Influence vendor selection strategies to ensure suitable Generative AI platforms and technology partners are adopted.
Own end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes with appropriate risk mitigation plans.
Stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML and full-stack development and apply insights to continuously improve engineering practices.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
Formal training, coursework, or specialization in AI/ML or Data Science is an advantage.
Demonstrated software engineering experience with hands-on delivery of Generative AI solutions.
Experience using LLM APIs, conducting prompt engineering, and supporting LLM operations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
Proven ability to lead engineering initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience mentoring, coaching, and guiding technology professionals.
Proficiency in English is required.
Mandarin is required to support business communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, regional teams, and technology vendors across APAC.
Additional language skills such as Japanese or Korean are advantageous but not mandatory.
Cloud certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure).
Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g. CSM, PSM).
