General Worker/ Electrical / Foreman

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction General Foreman to supervise and coordinate construction site activities. The candidate will oversee workers, ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities Lead and manage construction workers and subcontractors Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and safety regulations Monitor site progress and report updates to project managers Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage Ensure compliance with workplace safety and MOM regulations Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues Maintain proper documentation and site records
Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction site supervision Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good problem-solving and communication skills Relevant construction safety certifications will be an advantage Preferred Skills Experience managing multiple site workers Familiar with Singapore construction regulations and safety standards Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers Benefits Competitive salary package Career development opportunities Supportive and professional working environment
