General Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall brand business performance
• Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
• Establish operating procedures review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
• Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability
• Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements

• Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 10 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity, preferably in a luxury automotive brand
• Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
• Strong business acumen with customer-centric personality
• Detailed and coupled with the ability to review financial numbers
• Dynamic and proactive
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
