Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Corporate Planning

Work closely with the Chairman and Board to develop and execute corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
Lead business growth initiatives, including market expansion and new customer development.Guide the company through different business cycles, including start-up, crisis management, and expansion phases.
Operations & Management
Oversee daily operations across all departments, including production, engineering, quality assurance, sales, and supply chain.
Ensure efficient coordination between Singapore headquarters and overseas manufacturing operations (e.g. Suzhou Industrial Park).
Implement and maintain effective operational processes, quality systems, and performance controls.
Business Development & Customer Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.Support technical sales teams in customer engagement, contract negotiation, and project execution.Ensure high customer satisfaction through reliable delivery, quality assurance, and responsive service.
Financial & Performance Oversight
Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability management in collaboration with finance and management teams.Monitor business performance against targets and implement corrective actions where required.
People & Organization Management
Lead, mentor, and develop management and technical teams.
Build a strong organizational structure supported by capable managers and technical sales professionals.Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and compliant workplace culture.

Education & Qualifications
. Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, system integration, or electronics-related industries.

  • Proven experience in wire harness, electrical cabinet assembly, system integration, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrated track record in company setup, start-up growth, and business scaling, including navigating challenging economic environments.

  • Strong experience in cross-border operations, particularly managing coordination between Singapore and overseas manufacturing facilities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and supply chain management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
