- Oversee vehicle sales performance and ensure targets are met
- Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales campaigns
- Build strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners
3. Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of showroom and workshop
- Maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes
4. Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor expenses and ensure profitability targets are achieved
- Work closely with finance team on cash flow and cost control
5. Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Implement customer retention strategies
6. Team Leadership & HR Management
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations
