The Country General Manager will lead and oversee all operations of the Singapore entity, focusing on the development, registration, marketing, and commercialization of Chinese Proprietary Medicines (CPM) and related Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health products. This role is responsible for strategic business expansion, regulatory compliance, brand building, sales and distribution management, and team development to establish the company as a reputable and compliant leader in the Singapore TCM industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy, annual plans, and financial targets for Singapore.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Oversee HSA CPM product registration, licensing, labeling, and GMP compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Singapore statutory requirements (HSA, SFA, MOM, IRAS, ACRA, PDPA, etc.).

- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for both OTC retail and TCM clinic channels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, TCM, or related field Master's preferred.
- Minimum 10-15 years experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or consumer health, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in Singapore market entry, product registration, and brand building for healthcare/TCM products.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory, commercial, and retail environment.
