Responsible for all production, quality, procurement & store and customer service department
Responsible for the business operation & formulate overall business plan and direction, lead preparation and control and management strategies
Drives the long-range strategic planning process for manufacturing operations by overseeing and managing all manufacturing operations, including manufacturing itself, production control, inventory control.
Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with HODs of manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, customer service and sales.
Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products.
Develops operations-related plans, capacity, budgets, infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
Maintains quality, safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient start-up and operation of the function.
Responsible for ensuring full compliance to all applicable requirements and specifications imposed by the company, the customer and/or the industry while seeking creative cost effective solutions challenging the status quo and evolving the culture within manufacturing departments.
Oversees engineering and assembly team to enhance existing product's design and develop new technology that suits the market and customer's requirement.
Job Requirement:
Degree with equivalent experience considered
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in an oilfield equipment manufacturing environment
Strong analytical and process management skill and problem solving
Fast and independent with strong organization / leadership skills
