We are seeking a high-energy, experienced to oversee the operations of our three Thai restaurant outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining the authenticity of our brand, ensuring consistent food quality across all locations, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate balances a boots-on-the-ground leadership style with high-level strategic planning.
1. Operational Excellence & Quality Control
Conduct regular site visits to all three locations to ensure brand standards, service speed, and Thai hospitality are consistent.
Enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP/Local Health Dept standards).
Coordinate with Head Chefs to ensure recipe adherence and ingredient consistency.
2. Financial Management
Oversee P&L for all outlets manage labor costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and wastage.
Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and delivery sales.
Monitor inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers for bulk-buy discounts across the group.
3. People & Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers for each outlet.
Foster a positive work culture that celebrates Thai culture and excellent customer service.
Manage scheduling and performance reviews for senior staff.
4. Customer Experience
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure the physical environment (decor, music, lighting) reflects our brand identity at every location.
Experience: 2+ years in a Multi-Unit Manager or Area Manager role within the F&B industry.
Cuisine Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Thai cuisine and service culture is highly preferred.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant financial reporting and KPI tracking.
Logistics: Ability to travel frequently between the three outlets.
Soft Skills: Excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
