Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure operational excellence, and drive business growth while maintaining superior customer service standards. Responsibilities include staff management, budget oversight, implementing business strategies to maximize revenue, and liaising with corporate leadership to align local objectives with the company's vision. The General Manager will also lead the team to uphold the company's dedication to quality and innovation within the hospitality and dining sector.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff management abilities, including team development and performance management
• Experience in operations management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strategic planning and business development expertise
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced hospitality or F&B environment
• Proficiency in communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of best practices in the food and beverage or catering industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with the local market in Kuala Lumpur is an asset
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
