A regional retail conglomerate with an established multi-brand portfolio is looking for a General Manager, Singapore — a role that carries full commercial ownership of the Singapore business. Key Responsibilities

You will set the strategic direction of the business and take full ownership of its commercial performance - driving revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable expansion across both physical retail and digital channels. You will identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, whether through additional retail touchpoints, new sales channels, or strategic partnerships. You will lead the marketing function with accountability for strategy, campaign execution, and outcomes in market. Operationally, you will oversee the full retail network, maintaining consistency, efficiency, and a strong customer experience across all stores. You will also hold full P&L accountability, including financial planning, budget management, and cost discipline.

Key Requirements

The right candidate will have proven senior leadership experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or a related consumer products environment, with a track record of managing multi-store operations and cross-functional teams. Strong commercial acumen, hands-on P&L experience, and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities are essential. You will be comfortable leading people, developing talent, and building a results-focused team culture. An ownership mindset matters here — the role requires someone who can think strategically and also engage at the operational level when needed. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are important, given regular collaboration with regional and global counterparts.
