Role Purpose: As a key member of the Zone CorporateFP&A team, you will drive the financial performance oversight for theSAPMENA region. You will provide detailed analysis to the Zone CFO and act as apivotal link between Country Corporate Controllers, Finance Division heads andcountry CFOs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning &Zone Analysis
- SAPMENA Business Sharing: Coordinate and consolidate financial data to facilitate business sharing sessions, ensuring transparency and alignment across the zone.
- Finance ManCom Analysis: Prepare and present strategic financial deep-dives for the SAPMENA Finance Management Committee to support decision-making.
- P&L Analysis & Oversight: Take full ownership of the Zone P&L, monitoring performance against targets, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions.
- Valorization & Gross Margin: Analyze the drivers of Gross Margin and valorization (price/mix/volume effects) to protect and improve profitability across the region.
- Suivi de Gestion: provide deep-dive insights/analysis and high-quality presentation deck during Suivi de gestion
- Flash Reporting: Lead the 2nd Flash process for the SAPMENA ManCom, providing rapid, accurate, and actionable updates on month-end performance.
2. CAREX & Prospective
- CA-REX Management: Oversight Net Sales and Profit to ensure investments are aligned with the zone's strategic priorities.
- Multi-Divisional Prospective: Drive the yearly prospective process across all divisions, providing a forward-looking view of the zone's financial trajectory.
3. Financial'Animation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Community Management: Animate the network of Country Corporate Controllers across the zone to ensure best practice sharing and consistency in reporting standards.
