GENERAL MANAGER

Job Title: General Manager (Construction)

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all construction projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, WSH).

• Monitor project costs, progress, and safety performance.

• Support tendering, contracts, and business development activities.

• Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience, including management roles.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices and regulations.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
