Develop, execute, and refine marketing campaigns across a wide range of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, ensuring strict consistency with brand positioning and market needs.
Measure the effectiveness of promotional and advertising campaigns, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams-including sales, medical, and regulatory departments-to ensure total alignment of marketing strategies and sales plans with company goals.
Attend and lead strategic meetings regarding sales plans for the product portfolio, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve agreed-upon marketing objectives.
Cultivate strong business relationships with existing and new customers, identifying growth opportunities within key territories to aggressively drive sales.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key stakeholders in Singapore, professionally representing corporate interests in all business dealings.
Prepare and manage the annual expense budget for the Singapore market, proactively proposing adjustments to optimize budget implementation and ROI.

People & Project Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated track record of managing high-performing teams and balancing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
