Develop and execute the BU's strategic plans, business objectives, technology roadmap, and product portfolio in alignment with the Group's corporate strategy.
Lead the overall business operations and assume full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
Drive product innovation and oversee R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product lifecycle management to maintain technological and operational excellence.
Develop global business and market expansion strategies, strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and enhance the Company's market position.
Build and lead a high-performing management team by driving talent acquisition, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Establish effective operational, governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks to ensure sustainable business growth.
Represent the BU in executive-level engagements with customers, business partners, government authorities, industry associations, and the Group's senior leadership.
Perform other strategic initiatives and responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors or CEO.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer electronics, XR/AR/VR, smart devices, or related technology industries, including at least 8 years in senior management or General Management roles.
Proven track record of leading business units or large-scale organizations with full P&L responsibility and delivering sustainable business growth.
Strong knowledge of product management, R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, financial management, and global business operations.
Demonstrated strategic leadership with the ability to drive innovation, business transformation, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
