ob Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all construction projects.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage project teams and workers.
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, WSH).
Monitor project costs, progress, and safety performance.
Support tendering, contracts, and business development activities.
Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience, including management roles.
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction practices and regulations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
