Manage and oversee outlet food service operations, ensuring high-quality food standards, safety compliance, and excellent customer service while leading a collaborative team to achieve operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on all outlet operations and related activities to ensure smooth functioning
- Oversee food service operations to maintain consistent quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead and supervise the team to collaborate effectively and achieve operational objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support business growth
- Monitor service quality, engage with walk-in and regular customers, and expand the customer network
- Control food cost and manage inventory to optimize resources and reduce waste
- Perform Barista and Bartending duties as needed to support outlet operations
- Supervise food preparation inside and outside the kitchen to ensure compliance with food quality standards
- Enforce adherence to food safety and hygiene standards among the operations team
- Develop and implement operational systems for product handling, storage, inventory, and equipment utilization
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety standards and complying with legal regulations
- Ensure workplace safety by preventing injuries and accidents through proactive measures
- Establish contracts and pricing, and serve as the primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies including fire, police, health, and safety authorities
- Act as the main contact for customer issues related to equipment quality, service, or on-site incidents, resolving problems promptly
- Communicate customer feedback and collaborate with the operations team to improve the customer experience
- Work closely with management to develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and systems
- Communicate operating policies and issues clearly during department meetings
- Coordinate with legal counsel and safety departments to ensure compliance with SFA, AVA, CID, and other government regulations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
