General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction for all departments, including operations, sales, logistics, and customer service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand sailing programs, charters, and related marine services.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and regulatory bodies such as the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
• Oversee vessel maintenance, crew management, and safety compliance in accordance with local maritime regulations.
• Lead marketing and brand development initiatives to enhance the company's presence in Singapore and regional markets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer experiences and uphold company standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marine Operations, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the marine, hospitality, or tourism industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore maritime regulations and safety standards is advantageous.
