General Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, develop and execute strategic plans, manage financial performance, and ensure organizational alignment with overall goals. Responsibilities also include leading teams across different functions, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing company policies and procedures to support growth and sustainability.

• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to make impactful decisions under pressure.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Industry Knowledge and Business Acumen: Familiarity with industry trends, market dynamics, and solid understanding of operational excellence principles.
• Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Extensive experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Additional Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with relevant technology and software is an advantage.
