1. Bachelor's Degree or above

2. More than 20 years of financial experience,more than 5 years of CEO experience,more than 5 years of experience in risk management.

3. Full understanding of international transaction and investment in line of
metals & minerals and good knowledge of global business development.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

5. Strategic thinking excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.

6. Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin.
