Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to Sales and Service teams in ASEAN.
- Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth across ASEAN markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Ensure service teams deliver preventive, corrective, and upgrade solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Manage P&L for ASEAN operations, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to department heads and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regional regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry, preferably with 5 years of management experience
- Experience in leading a team
- Regional Experience will be a plus
