General Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic professional to spearhead the development of solution service business with water treatment technology particularly in Mining Industry, Smelting Industry, Manufacturing Industry and other industries with business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth, expansion, and operational effectiveness of our business within Singapore and across the ASEAN region. This includes ensuring all activities are closely aligned with the overall objectives of the company andcultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and oversee all business developments and activities throughout Singapore and ASEAN region.

. Develop and implement strategic plans to promote business growth and support market expansion.

. Collaborate closely with local teams and key departments to ensure the successful rollout of business initiatives.

. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and risks.

. Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management regarding the business development status.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Qualifications Required:

. Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Preferences:

. Proven experience in a leadership role managing business activities across multiple countries, preferably in the ASEAN region.

. Strong understanding of ASEAN markets, cultural dynamics, and business practices

. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Proficiency in English additional regional language skills are a plus.
