Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall business operations with a strong focus on revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable performance. This role has full accountability for P&L management, strategic planning, and operational execution, while driving innovation and fostering a high-performance leadership team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the business, driving revenue growth and profitability.

• Own and manage the full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

• Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance and service quality.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business decisions.

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team, promoting accountability and execution excellence.

• Drive agility, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven senior leadership experience with responsibility for business performance and P&L management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing environments.
