General Manager (Interior Design & Renovation)

Salary: $8,000+ (Based on Experience)

Location: Kaki Bukit

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall company operations and project execution within the interior design and renovation business

• Lead and manage project teams, site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors

• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and operational resources

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, costs, and workmanship quality

• Ensure renovation and fit-out projects are completed efficiently and on schedule

• Supervise procurement, material allocation, and subcontractor coordination

• Establish operational procedures and improve project management efficiency

• Resolve major technical, operational, and project-related issues

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards

• Report overall operational performance and project progress to company management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, fit-out, or construction management

• Proven experience in senior management or overseeing multiple construction or renovation projects is preferred

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, construction materials, and project operations

• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, and operational resources

• Good understanding of project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and quality management

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

• Able to oversee multiple projects and manage company operations independently

• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
