Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Strategic Growth
- Lead business development initiatives across property leasing, consultancy and related business areas
- Identify and secure new corporate clients, tenants and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Support regional expansion and cross-border business initiatives
Property & Asset Management Oversight
- Oversee property management operations across multiple sites (residential, commercial and mixed-use)
- Manage leasing processes, tenancy negotiations and tenant lifecycle
- Provide advisory on asset management and rental optimisation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including maintenance, security and facilities management
Project & Operations Management
- Lead and coordinate large-scale projects and multi-site operations
- Ensure service quality and operational efficiency across locations
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including service providers and relevant authorities
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control
Digital Marketing & New Media
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies using platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat Channels and TikTok
- Enhance online presence and generate leads through digital channels
- Monitor and optimise marketing performance
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor sales and operations teams
- Drive organisational performance and operational excellence
- Contribute to long-term business planning and strategic positioning
Job Requirements
Experience
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, tourism or related industries
- Experience in property management and/or hospitality / tourism-related operations
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large-scale projects
- Experience in senior management or leadership roles
Professional Skills
- Strong experience in property operations, leasing, asset management and facility management
- Experience in business development, operations management and stakeholder coordination
- Exposure to tourism, hospitality or related sectors is an advantage
Regional & International Exposure
- Familiarity with China market and cross-border business environment
- Experience working on regional or international projects is preferred
- Willingness to travel when required
Education
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Management or related fields
- Candidates with international exposure or overseas experience are preferred
Leadership
- Experience managing teams and driving business performance
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
Digital Skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat Channels and TikTok
- Ability to support business growth through digital marketing initiatives
Language
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Ability to work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Additional language skills are an advantage
