Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategic Growth

  • Lead business development initiatives across property leasing, consultancy and related business areas
  • Identify and secure new corporate clients, tenants and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Support regional expansion and cross-border business initiatives

Property & Asset Management Oversight

  • Oversee property management operations across multiple sites (residential, commercial and mixed-use)
  • Manage leasing processes, tenancy negotiations and tenant lifecycle
  • Provide advisory on asset management and rental optimisation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including maintenance, security and facilities management

Project & Operations Management

  • Lead and coordinate large-scale projects and multi-site operations
  • Ensure service quality and operational efficiency across locations
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including service providers and relevant authorities
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting and cost control

Digital Marketing & New Media

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies using platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat Channels and TikTok
  • Enhance online presence and generate leads through digital channels
  • Monitor and optimise marketing performance

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor sales and operations teams
  • Drive organisational performance and operational excellence
  • Contribute to long-term business planning and strategic positioning

Job Requirements

Experience

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, tourism or related industries
  • Experience in property management and/or hospitality / tourism-related operations
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and large-scale projects
  • Experience in senior management or leadership roles

Professional Skills

  • Strong experience in property operations, leasing, asset management and facility management
  • Experience in business development, operations management and stakeholder coordination
  • Exposure to tourism, hospitality or related sectors is an advantage

Regional & International Exposure

  • Familiarity with China market and cross-border business environment
  • Experience working on regional or international projects is preferred
  • Willingness to travel when required

Education

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Management or related fields
  • Candidates with international exposure or overseas experience are preferred

Leadership

  • Experience managing teams and driving business performance
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution capability

Digital Skills

  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat Channels and TikTok
  • Ability to support business growth through digital marketing initiatives

Language

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
